When you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you include in the message.
When you browse the site, we do not set cookies and we do not run analytics or advertising trackers. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to operate and secure the service.
Why we use it
We use the information you send us only to reply to you, to discuss a possible engagement and to keep a record of our correspondence. We do not sell your personal data and we do not use it for advertising.
Who processes it
- Formspree receives and delivers contact form submissions to us.
- Vercel hosts this website and processes the server logs described above.
- Our email provider stores the messages we exchange with you.
Each of these providers processes data under its own privacy terms and only to provide its service to us.
How long we keep it
We keep correspondence for as long as needed to respond and to manage any resulting business relationship, and then for the period required by law or for our legitimate business records.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, or to object to how we use it. To make a request, email legal@ninalabs.ai. We will respond within the time required by applicable law.
